The Senior Copywriter will be an integral part of the creative department, working closely with account, strategy and art teams. The right candidate will be a big idea thinker and a highly skilled crafter of words who is flexible in writing for multiple clients, in varying mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the perfect, strategic brand voice for multiple clients.
- Write content for client websites and digital communication
- Work closely with account, strategy and art teams on concept development for ongoing campaigns.
- Proactively pitch new concepts and creative executions to clients.
- Create persuasive messages; tell compelling stories that generate brand loyalty in consumers.
Ask
- 5+ years copywriting experience with demonstrated expertise turning strategy into compelling content. Longform writing experience is a plus.
- Expertise in writing for all digital mediums including websites, apps, social channels, email and video.
- Active on social platforms, crafting content, and tagging best practices on social platforms and SEO considerations.
- Excellent knowledge of branding, marketing, UX, human behaviour, trends, pop culture, business, social engineering or anything else that is crucial when developing smart, realistic and compelling ideas for clients across the industry spectrum.
- Self-initiating, can excel under the pressure of deadlines and improves with constructive feedback.
- Ability to present and stand up for work, communicate effectively, continuously optimistic about finding a better solution.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.

Digital Account Planner

The Account Planner is responsible for creating the communication strategies for clients that include targeting the right audience, as well as setting the tone and messaging pillars that resonate. The planner shall combine market data, qualitative insights and product knowledge within a brief to enable the creative team to produce innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify specific business problems and develop ideas to address them.
- Communicate with colleagues within the agency, such as creatives and account managers, in the process of developing a campaign.
- Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analysing a range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client's product and market share.
- Run research groups.
- Find an 'angle' on a specific product or service on which to base an advertising campaign;
- research the product or service to be advertised, which may involve gaining technical or specific knowledge
- Reconcile the differences between consumers' current perceptions of the brand and the way the client wishes the brand to be perceived.
- Provide the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and digital channel strategy.
